- Transparent pricing. Depending on your chosen pricing option, you are signing up to and accepting a monthly recurring subscription of either USD$29, or USD$199 for annual access, auto-renewing on an annual basis until canceled. Special offers (including coupon codes) may have different advertised pricing, and will also auto-renew until canceled.
- Easy to cancel. We've made it easy to cancel so you don't have to jump through hoops. You are responsible for terminating a monthly or annual subscription agreement, or a special offer. This can be done through the "My Account" page - accessed through your Dashboard.
- Happiness Guarantee. Our Happiness Guarantee allows you 14 days from creating your original subscription to claim a refund if you are unhappy with any aspect of your plan - no questions asked. Please note that no refunds, partial or full, can be given outside of our 14 day Happiness Guarantee, on any plan.

- All pricing is listed in United Stated Dollars.
- We reserve the right to offer special offers to new customers in the form of sales, coupons, and/or other incentives.
- Your monthly or annual plan will auto-renew until you cancel it. It is your responsibility to cancel a subscription before it auto-renews as we are unable to offer refunds after your payment has been processed.
- We will contact you through the email address you provide to us. Important information regarding your plan will be sent to that email address, so please check your spam filters accordingly.
- Subscriptions from outside the USA are subject to exchange rate fluctuations, and your bank may charge an international transaction fee. Please contact them for more details.
- In creating a subscription, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted our Privacy Policy.
- Drum Ambition consists of 7 Courses, featuring 60 drum set lesson videos, ten music notation videos, 25 Special Feature videos, five other informational videos, downloadable sheet music for all lessons, and additional audio files.
- The claims and views represented on this website, written or on video, are those of Drum Ambition LLC.
- The original video, audio, and written content from this website is the property of Drum Ambition LLC and may not be duplicated, recorded, or broadcasted without our written permission. We have the right to suspend and/or cancel accounts that we suspect are in breach of this condition.
- All video content is hosted and streamed through the Drum Ambition website and accessed via a Membership Area. It is not downloadable and is owned by Drum Ambition LLC.
- Drum Ambition LLC is registered in the State of California, USA. The Drum Ambition name is a Registered Trademark. Any legal dispute with Drum Ambition LLC must be settled according to the State law of California, and/or Federal law of the USA; whichever is applicable.
- Drum Ambition LLC reserves the right to terminate subscriptions at any time.
